Shipping Policy

Jasper and Co Crystals has a small team but we endeavor to ship products within three business days via Australia Post or Sendle.

Your tracking number and delivery updates will be sent to your email address or mobile number nominated by you at checkout.

Standard shipping times vary based on your location but can take anywhere from one to seven business days within Australia and over seven days for international orders.

Refund Policy

Refunds are at the discretion of Jasper & Co Crystals. We do not accept refunds for a change of mind.

Each crystal is thoroughly checked before packaging and utmost care is taken when packing your item/s. Should you receive your item/s damaged during transit, please email a photo within 24 hours of receiving your item/s including your order number for reference.

To be eligible for a return, please contact jasperandcocrystals@outlook.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Items will not be accepted for a refund without first contacting us.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please bear in mind, your bank or credit card company may take time to process the refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

This Privacy Policy describes how jasperandcocrystals.com (the “Site”) collects, uses and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. These third parties are Shopify, PayPal and Sendle.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
